Composer, flute and accordion player Miquèu Montanaro’s unique journey starts from Provance through the Mediterranean to the most distant musics of the world, integrating their various elements into his own pieces. He prefers to collaborate with younger generations of musicians in order to enrich the different musical dialogue by the exchange of ideas based on different world and life experiences. In the Amazon duo his partner is the Brazilian João Pedro Teixeira, a student of Hermeto Pascoal. João Pedro Teixeira is a composer writing symphonic and chamber music, accordion teacher and classical music soloist. Their free-spirited, cheerful and virtuoso ensemble arrives in Hungary immediately after a three-week tour in Brazil.
